My fees for a counseling session are as follows:

30 minutes = $100

55 minutes = $160

60 minute intake session = $210

Payment is expected at time of service. 

I use Ivy Pay to collect fees. This is HIPAA compliant and easy to use. You can pay with a credit card, debit card or your health savings card.

Any documents you need me to create will be charged at $225 per hour.

Any court related appearances will be charged at $225 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours paid up front. Please be advised that I charge for the time even if the court date is cancelled, as I block out time in my schedule to do this. You will be reimbursed if you cancel 72 hours prior to the court date. I am not available to attend court in person at this time.

There may be a charge for phone calls lasting more than 5 minutes.

I no longer accept payments from insurance companies. I see clients on a self-pay basis only. You may be able to get reimbursed from your insurance company.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give me a 24 hour notice so that I can adjust my schedule. I charge full session rates for missed sessions where I have not received 24 hours of notice. I may make an exception in cases of severe illness or unforeseen emergency.
