My fees for a counseling session are as follows:

45 minutes = $135

60 minutes = $160

60 minute intake session = $210

Payment is expected at time of service.

Any documents you need me to create will be charged at $225 per hour.

Any court related appearances will be charged at $225 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours paid up front. Please be advised that I charge for the time even if the court date is cancelled, as I block out time in my schedule to do this. You will be reimbursed if you cancel 72 hours prior to the court date.

There may be a charge for phone calls lasting more than 5 minutes.

Please be aware that insurance companies do not pay for creation of documents, court related sessions, going to court, or missed session fees.

I have contracts with several insurance companies, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield (PPO) and Health Alliance (PPO and HMO). Please contact your insurance provider to see if you are covered to see me either in-network or out-of-network and see what your deductible and/or copay may be.

If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give me a 24 hour notice so that I can adjust my schedule. I charge full session rates for missed sessions where I have not received 24 hours of notice. I may make an exception in cases of severe illness or unforeseen emergency.
